Public participation is encouraged. If you wish to address the Commission, members of the public may register to attend at

Anyone wishing to speak should give their name, state if they are a resident, taxpayer, business owner, or utility customer and they will have 5 minutes. Utility customers should only speak on matters concerning those utilities.

Circle of Friends has submitted Special Event application to host a Chili Cookoff on March 6, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. This application requests the closure of Stuart Avenue between First Street and Market Street.

Minutes of the City Commission meeting can be obtained from the City Clerk's Office. The minutes are recorded, but are not transcribed verbatim.
