Ruiz was last seen on June 30, 2025; when he left his residence in Lake Wales, to go for a walk in an effort to clear his mind. He has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Ruiz has only recently relocated to the Lake Wales area, having lived here for approximately one month, but he maintains connections to the Poincianca area. At the time of his disappearance, Ruiz did not have his cell phone and had no access to credit cards or bank accounts. His last known interaction was a disagreement with his mother.
He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, grey shorts, black and white shoes with black socks. Ruiz has several distinctive tattoos with some on the tops of both his hands.
