That map also shows quite a few of our favorite area flying locations and will be updated with the locations and routes for cross country adventures and alternate launch sites for many different skill levels.
What about when you aren’t flying? The Lake Wales Municipal Airport sets the stage for a truly amazing escape from the frigid North. We have over 200 acres of launchable area and we’re practically surrounded by hundreds of square miles of pastures, orange groves, and similarly beautiful terrain.
