Guidelines: 5 Non-Perishable food items or household items will clear all overdue fines on one individual’s card. If there are multiple people in a family with overdues, each card holder must donate 5 items. Other Info: Lost or Damaged Items are exempt from the Food for Fines program. We do not allow patrons to ‘pay’ for lost or damaged with food donation. We accept other PCLC library materials during Food for Fines. Donations go to the Lake Wales Care Center’s Food Pantry
