The library will be open 9 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Wednesday and Friday hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., and 9:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. Saturdays.
“Thank you to our wonderful library patrons. Everyone was understanding of the unforeseen circumstances that left us short staffed and unable to safely cover evening hours.” states Library Director, Tina Peak.
The Lake Wales Public Library now offers lockers for holds pickups, 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week. The locker system is located at the library’s main entrance. Library users who wish to pick up their requested books or movies in the lockers should select Lake Wales Library Lockers when placing your holds, or request that library staff place your holds in our lockers.
