Residents in need of an additional trash/recycling tote are encouraged to contact the City’s customer service department at (863) 678-4182. There's a $60 charge per tote and $40 delivery fee applied to the utility account. All totes are required to remain on the property upon a utility customer vacating the residence.
Other important information:
Residential totes must be curbside by 6am for collection. Republic Services will notify the City of inaccessible totes and will not return to collect.
Contact Republic Services at (863)665-1489 to schedule a bulk pickup larger than 2-cubic feet. Charges may occur if the pickup exceeds 2-cubic feet.
All yard waste is collected once a week. It must be curbside prior to the collection day without exceeding 2-cubic feet. Third party contractors must haul their debris/trimmings -Republic Services will not pick up the items.
