The City was awarded the Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting

The City was awarded the Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) for the fiscal year 2022 audit. This is the tenth time the finance department won the award. The City also received the GFOA's Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for its fiscal year 2023 budget – fourth consecutive win. Both awards represent a significant achievement by staff and demonstrates the highest principals of governmental budgeting. For more information about the GFOA, visit: https://www.gfoa.org/
