Fair Housing Guide for People with Disabilities

This guide was developed to assist you in better understanding your rights under the Fair Housing Act, and to increase your ability to recognize the signs of housing discrimination.

It is the goal of the City of Lake Wales to ensure that the services we provide are as accessible for individuals with disabilities as they are for individuals without disabilities. The City of Lake Wales is working diligently to ensure our electronic documents, forms, and web page content meet or exceed the WCAG 2. 0 Level AA and federally mandated accessibility standards.
