CRA F Street Down Payment Assistance

City staff from the Lake Wales Community Redevelopment Agency celebrated the new home of first-time homeowner India Snell. She was awarded $20,000 in down payment assistance through CRA funding. Citizens interested in qualifying for the affordable housing down payment assistance program are encouraged to contact CRA Specialist Cheryl Baksh at (863) 678-4182 ext. 1337.
